DOZENS of youngsters partied in the park as part of an event marking national playday.

They tried out a host of unusual and diverse activities at the free community event in Weston’s Clarence Park on August 1.

Among the activities on offer were Japanese drumming, Caribbean steel pans, Brazilian martial arts, African storytelling, a planetarium show, tropical fruit tasting and crazy bikes.
