EXCITED youngsters in Burnham enjoyed a visit from the town's rescue hovercraft and crew this week.
Children from Playaway Day Nursery in Maddocks Slade visited Burnham Area Rescue Boat crews to see The Light of Elizabeth.
The 25 children, aged between one and four, learned about beach safety.
Crewman Andy Croker said: "The youngsters learned a little about the dangers of the beach and had a wonderfully noisy time, trying out the sirens and loud inhalers.
