A daughter has raised more than £1,650 in memory of her mum by jumping out of a plane at 15,000ft.
Zoe Barker and her dad Steve completed a skydive to raise money for Weston Hospicecare, where Zoe’s mum Lisa was cared for last year.
Speaking after the jump, Zoe said: “I truly hope she was flying by my side.”
Zoe is keen to raise as much as she can for the charity to say thank you to staff.
She said: “Completing the skydive with my dad for Weston Hospicecare meant so much to me and we’re so proud to have raised over £1,650.
“I’m so grateful for the care and support they provided to myself and my family while caring for my mum for almost seven weeks after she was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour.
“I cannot thank the hospice enough for everything they did.”
