Weston Wheelers’ latest ride saw the riders dodge potholes and mud during their journey.
ALTHOUGH the weather made the roads a bit mucky, Weston Wheelers’ latest ride was another Christmas cracker.
This week’s excursion was designed by Ben and took the riders out through Puxton to Sandford. Next it was Shipham Lane dodging the potholes and the mud safely arriving on the top of the Mendips.
Spectacular views met the cyclists as they made their way down through Harptree and past the lakes, going on to the A370, turning off at Brockley Lane and on to Nailsea, Yatton and home.
The ride totalled 50 miles, climbing 2,300ft and averaged 14.4mph. Thanks go to Ben, Andrew, John, Pete, Ben and Jonathon.
