George Turnbull also put in a vintage performance, hitting a 180 in his 3-0 win with an average of 26.47.Weston were on a roll as Ricky Harding (25.59) got a 15, 16, 15 dart legs to win his game 3-2. Weston dropped the next two games, giving them a lead of 10-4 before Kingsley Poulton won 3-1 and captain Nick English (21.50) hit a 180 in his 3-1 victory, putting them on the brink of victory at 14-4. Terry Hayes (25.84) won 3-2 along with Chris Skeates (26.28) hitting a 180 in his 3-1 and polished off by Clint Harding (23.50) hitting back-to-back 180s in a 15-dart leg winning 3-1. Weston clinched victory before the pairs with a lead of 20-4.Kingsley Poulton and Ian Cope won the opening game of pairs 3-0, but Weston lost on the other board before the Harding brothers, Ricky and Wayne paired up to clinch a 3-2 win. George Turnbull and Clint Harding won the last game 3-0 to give Weston an overall victory of 23-7.Man of the match goes to George Turnbull for the highest average and 3-0 pairs win.The next game is away to Wells on April 18. Bus leaves the Bristol Hotel at 6.30pm.
