Roger Burrough returned to winning ways alongside Mike Samways and skip Tony Mannion, as they ran out winners by four-shots. 

Clarence's highest winning rink came from Mile Fry and Ferdi alongside skip Gordon Leigh taking their match by six-shots.Mac Mellow and Ken Marshall with skip Mick Edlin, got along steadily with an eight-shot lead and two ends to go, the penultimate end and Edlin's team drop a four halving their advantage, final-end and another dropped-shot and take the match by three.

Clarence went down 120-83 in their tourist match against Kingston, with one winning rink consisting of Karol Dibble, Ange Sims and Trev Nash skipped by Jo Mannion.

Losing the first three ends Mannion's team picked their game up a notch taking the next six ends with a two-shot lead, nip and tuck all the way, one to play and Clarence take a two and the game.

Clarence also managed a drawn match with Tina Gordon, Derek Sims and Andy Gordon with skip Tony Mannion.
