Nailsea United manager Rikki Hutt believes Wrington Redhill can remain in the Uhsport Somerset County Premier.

The Redskins are currently in the bottom three, having only picked up one victory so far this season, a 3-2 win at Uphill Castle in September.

Redhill are in their first campaign this level for the first time since the 2018/19 season after winning promotion from Division One last term.

Saturday's match will be the third meeting between the two sides this season after Nailsea beat Wringon Redhill 3-1 in the Premier and First Division Cup and a 2-2 draw in the league.

And Hutt said Wrington Redhill are "hard working" and a "good organised side" and they have what it takes to avoid relegation.

"We have had two games previously against Wrington (and) I fully expect them to be fire on all cylinders, they're obviously, fighting at the bottom of the league as well, because they want to stay up and I think they're good enough to stay up," he said.

"They just need to find some form from somewhere. They leak a lot of goals, that's one thing I can say about them and that's not a dig at them but if anybody looks at the league, you can see they can see they concede a lot of goals.

"So, I think for me if we can take our chances and we take them early enough I think we've got more than enough quality in the team to go on and win the game. We just need to go in and do that. We apply ourselves to our game plan and we'll beat most teams in this league."

Wrington Redhill manager Leigh White said his side have to pick up some points against Nailsea United and climb up the table

"It is a game we need to get points from," White said.

"We have played them twice already this season and I believe we are evenly matched but as a team we need to tighten up and make it difficult for teams to score against us.

"A win would put is six points behind them with two games in hand. We need to start pulling away from the bottom of the table."
