Tonight (Tuesday, January 23) Weston-super-Mare AFC will host Bath City under the lights at the Optima Stadium for a highly anticipated local derby.
The match in the National League South kicks off at 7.45pm and if it is anything like the last battle between these two sides it will be an entertaining affair.
Back in August 2023, Weston defeated Bath 6-2 away from home and will be hoping for a similar result tonight.
At the weekend, the Seagulls returned to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Havant and Waterlooville while Bath were without a game as a frozen pitch at Twerton Park forced a postponement.
However over the last few months, Bath have shown some good consistency and have picked up quite a few victories in Vanarama National League South.
As it stands, Bath are currently in eighth position, just one point and one place off the play-offs with a game in hand.
Tickets to the match are:
- £14.00 – Adult
- £10.00 – Concession (60+, Student I.D., Armed Forces I.D., NHS I.D.)
- £4.50 – Under 16
- £28.00 – Family (valid for 2x Adults & 2x Under 16s)
The Club Shop within the Optima Stadium will be open of course, as will the Players’ Lounge bar, Somerset Suite Bar, Sports Lounge Bar, Kitchen and inside ground Joe’s Bar will all be open.
