An amazing day's competition at Cardiff Met University saw a glut of medals for North Somerset Athletic Club Athletes at the South West Indoor Championships, spread over two days.
Head Coach Chris Millard stated: "I was really impressed with the performances of all the athletes, not just the medal winners, but all of them. The way they approach their events was very mature, and a credit to the Club.
"We have a very talented group of athletes at the moment, so the next few years look to be exciting for us/them."
Across the team there was one new North Somerset AC record set, 22 medals won and an impressive 41 personal bests.
