Weston Outcasts is hosting an adult/juniors team fishing open competition on Weston beach.

Local sea angling club Weston Outcasts has organised an adult and junior team fishing open competition on Weston seafront.

This event has been followed massively as it allows an adult and a child to fish together with the chance of some major prizes.

The event is a three-hour match from 11am until 2pm on August 5 with signing-in at the side of the Tropicana from 9am, with each team to pay a £10 entry fee.

Each angler can use one rod with up to three hooks and every team gets a prize. As with all Weston Outcast run events, the prizes are not only cash for the top three, but there is a choice of prizes from a bumper prize table which has been heavily sponsored by local businesses.

First prize is £200 and quality prizes, with £100 for second and £50 for third place.
