SILVER Springs is not a town in the American West, it’s a golden nugget of a fishery in Congresbury.
There are two lakes, one for coarse and the other a specimen lake. It’s solid with fish, there is a car park, toilets, a cafe that serves good food. A bonus here is that if you are a serving member of the Armed Forces, you get free fishing on production of your ID.
Most methods and baits work here, and the fish are in excellent condition. Another good thing about this venue is there are no open competitions, its pure pleasure fishing.
