Belvedere were denied a possible victory after rain came and spoilt their reply.
BELVEDERE entertained Middlezoy on Saturday in a pre-season friendly. Middlezoy were dismissed for 188 with wickets going to Jon Lodge (2-7), Sam Jennings (2-16), Karl Jefferies (2-35), Sam Neate (1-13), James Robinson (1-18) and James Parker (1-20).
In reply, Belvedere were well placed at 109-3 with Sam Neate 44 not out and Neil Chadwick 42 not out looking comfortable until the rain brought an end to proceedings. Sam Neate was the All Stars Sports Bar man of the match.
On Sunday, Belvedere travelled to Cranmore where the home side amassed 264-5, wickets shared between Mike Hosey (2-3), Nil Chatterjee (1-37), CJ Neate (1-38) and Kevin Crockett (1-69).
Belvedere were dismissed for 144 with All Stars Sports Bar man of the match Kevin Crockett top scoring with 50. Debutant Ricky Bennett struck a promising 36.
