Churchill Academy student Beth Atkinson will represent Somerset at the English table tennis finals at Doncaster.
BETH Atkinson, aged 14, will be representing Somerset at the English Schools national table tennis Under-16s finals at Doncaster on April 20.
The Churchill Academy student also represents the county at Under-15 and 18 level and plays for Cleeve & Claverham Table Tennis Club in both the Bristol and Weston senior leagues.
Over 300 players representing 50 counties will gather at the Dome in Doncaster for the largest one-day event in the table tennis calendar in England.
Cleeve & Claverham are always looking for new players, young or old, and sessions are held at Cleeve Village Hall on Mondays (6-7.30pm) and at Banwell School on Fridays (7-8.30pm).
