Central League overcome deficit to win Presidents Cup

The Central Skittles League overcame a first leg deficit to beat the Wrington Vale League and lift the Presidents Cup.

The second leg of the Presidents Cup took place at the Hornets between the Central and Wrington Vale Leagues,

Wrington came into the game with a eight-pin lead from the first leg, but soon lost them after the first set which Central took by 15.

The second set went the way of the Wrington by five pins and with only two pins in it over the two legs, Central soon started to pull away thanks to the third set winning by 26. The fourth set also went the way of the Central by a further 16 pins.

On the night Central won by 52 and over the two legs by 44 pins.
