As the club is potentially involved in a ground relocation it is vital that people turn up to hear what the plans involve and to potentially become involved themselves.

As always the club is looking for keen people to become involved in the committee for next year and one post that is vacant, but is the most crucial role, and needs filling as a priority is the role of treasurer. If you, or anyone you know, has an experience of book-keeping or accounts then Cheddar FC would be delighted to hear from you, contact Steve Bayliss, c/o Cheddar FC, Bowdens Park, Draycott Road, Cheddar, BS27 3RL, or via e-mail to cheddarfc@aol.com ) or visit www.cheddarfc.co.uk for more details.

As well committee positions the club also has a number of key positions which needs to be filled in its drive for the next step up and to help its "professionalism" this season. Accordingly we are currently looking to fill the following positions: Club/first team coach/player-coach, enthusiasm essential, experience preferred but not essential; first team and reserve team physio, basic first aid skills required and previous injuries experience preferred;

reserve team assistant referees, the Somerset Senior League insists on non players and managers doing the line.
