KINGFISHER Chicks went into the game feeling confident with two new additions to their team, Lauren (GA) and Laura (C).
Yatton made a strong start in the first half with excellent shooting from both the GS and GA. After changes were made at half-time, the Chicks gained momentum and staged an impressive fightback.
Vicky (GK) and Becky (GD) defended well together, making it difficult for Yatton to feed the ball into their shooters. Play flowed well through the attacking end with excellent turnarounds by Izzy (WD) and Laura (C).
Chicks dominated the third quarter and a closley fought fourth quarter saw Yatton increase their lead and run out 35-22 winners.
