East Huntspill are the leaders of the Proper Job Weston Midweek Cricket League Division 1.

In Division 1 of the Proper Job Weston Midweek League, Jack Luff scored 73 not out as Lympsham Airways made 186-3 against East Huntspill.

A Harding took two of the wickets to fall at a cost of 44 runs off five overs. In reply, Matthew Edwards made 36, but Huntspill fell 37 runs short with J Froud taking 2-32 off his five overs.

In Division 2, success in their double header against the Cleeve Ducks enabled Wedmore to move to the top of the table. Batting first, they scored 140-5 with Sidney Morris making 32 and Adam Peters an unbeaten 25, with Dave Havenden claiming 2-34.

The reliable Leyton Grant made 43 and K Buggie 23 and with two overs to go, the Ducks were in with a good chance before a calamitous run-out proved their downfall and they finished eight runs short. Peters took 2-14 and Sam Blackmore 1-11.
