Weston Crusaders Under-12s reached their fifth consecutive final of the summer at Frampton Cotterell.

WESTON Crusaders Under-12s finished off the summer in style with a tournament in Frampton Cotterell.

Having won their group, they advanced through from the semis beating Downend 2-0 and then beat a strong Whitchurch team 1-0 in the final, with the winning goal coming off a defender from a goal bound effort from Aiden.

Defending as a team, they kept a clean sheet throughout the tournament, with Ben Griffiths scoring six goals in total.

It was a strong all-round performance and the squad of Harry, Tom, Blondie, James, Snedds, Lewis, Reece, Ben, Ethan, Joel and Aiden all battled well and can look forward to next season with great confidence, having reached the final of all five tournaments entered this summer.
