NORTH Somerset Schools FA Under-12s returned from the Welsh Super Cup as 11-a-side champions and seven-a-side runners-up.
The players who are selected through the secondary schools to represent North Somerset returned victorious in a strong tournament including sides from Malta, India, Jamie Shore Development and beating Hereford United in the final, These same boys now have a big season ahead of them playing in National County competitions and Somerset Cup.
Last season's Under-13s are Somerset Champions and reached the last 16 Nationally in which they were unlucky to be knocked out against Aldershot. They were just three games from playing on St James Park (Newcastle United) where the final was played. The Under-13s, missing keys players, did well returning from the Welsh Super Cup in fourth place
