Cup triumph for Christon

Christon won the annual rounders match for the Thatcher’s Cider Cup against Loxton for only the second time.

CHRISTON won the annual rounders match for the Thatcher’s Cider Cup against Loxton 31-14.

It was only the second time Christon had won the competition since its inception in 1995 and there was much jubilation at the end.

The event was well attended and the barbecue organised by the village hall committee will have helped raise much needed funds.
