Daniel qualifies for regional final

AVENUE Tennis Club in Burnham, held a Road to Wimbledon competition, open to Under-14s tennis players, which was won by Daniel Rosser.

Rosser now goes to Taunton to play in the Somerset regional finals. Also playing in the event were Mason Parker and Joe Rosser and head coach Vinny Duddy said that all three players, who come from the Avenue’s junior tennis academy, played some fantastic tennis in probably the hottest day of the year so far.

A new tennis tots session will be held at Saturday mornings (10-11am) for four to five-year-olds, starting on June 23.

The club run a variety of adult social play sessions during the week on Wednesdays and Friday evenings or Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday mornings. Coaching is available for juniors every night of the week and for adults on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday afternoons.
