Clarence Bowling Club member David Stott has been appointed team manager of Visually Impaired Bowls England.
DAVID Stott, of Clarence Bowling Club in Weston, has been appointed team manager of Visually Impaired Bowls England (VIBE).
David was appointed unanimously by the VIBE committee after interviews held during the national championships in Leamington Spa.
He has taken the reins following last week’s UK Visually Impaired Singles International, held on the Commonwealth Games greens at Kelvin Grove in Glasgow.
David is delighted by his new appointment and has great plans to boost England’s performance at the next World Blind Bowls Championships to be held in South Africa in 2017.
