Squash player Emma Lane is the new ladies Avon champion.
EMMA Lane brought glory to Weston with a fine victory to win the ladies’ A Grade tournament held at Redwood Squash Club, making her ladies Avon champion.
It was a hard fought game, but she overpowered her opponent to win 3-1. Emma, a member of Weston Squash and Racketball Club, has been playing squash since she was eight, but now represents her county on a regular basis.
