NAILSEA Running Club's second race of the season is the Long Ashton 10k road race, which starts at 9.30am on Sunday, May 2 from Long Ashton Village Hall.
There will be a Moti "goody bag" to all finishers. Entry forms can be downloaded at: www.nailsearunningclub.org.uk or runners can enter online at Runners World (www.runnersworld.co.uk) or enter on the day of the race.

All proceeds after expenses are donated to mainly local charities. Last year the club gave �500 to Action for Children, �800 to St Peter's Hospice and �500 to Motivation, a charity based in Brockley which supplies wheelchairs to the Third World.
