High Flyers Trampolining Club member Laura Gallagher brought back a gold and bronze medal from the European Trampoline Championships in St Petersburg, Russia.

LAURA Gallagher boosted her Olympic hopes when she competed at the European Trampoline Championships in St Petersburg, Russia, coming away with a gold and bronze medal.

The 23-year-old gymnast from Westonzoyland, won a bronze medal in the individual trampoline event, as she scored 53.940, marking her first-ever senior individual podium place.

She also picked up gold as part of the Great Britain ladies trampoline team event as the team scored 162.225 with Gallagher scoring 53.670, the second highest score from the quartet.
