A Year 10 student at Priory Community School Academy (PCSA), based in Weston, has followed up two gold medals with a bronze medal at the European Aerobic championships.

Freya Grafton and former PCSA student Molly Brown performed an outstanding routine to the Game of Thrones theme which the judges loved and won them the gold medal and British Champion title last month.

Grafton and Brown joined teammates Lola Lawrence, Katie Ferris and Emily Blackhurst to perform a dazzling group routine which wowed the judges and saw them win another gold medal and British Champion title.

Next stop for Grafton and her teammates was the European Championships in Pesaro, Italy, where they wowed on the International stage once more.

However, this time the quintet would have settle for a bronze medal behind winners Russia and silver medallists Romania.

Principal Angelos Markoutsas told Good News Post: “This is a sensational achievement. We are very proud of Freya.”
