QUEEN Victoria was on the throne, Robert Gascoyne-Cecil was the British Prime Minister and World War One was still more than 20 years away.
A lot has changed since then but 125 years after Wrington-Redhill Football Club was first formed, it is still going strong.
The major anniversary was celebrated on Saturday with an impressive gala night at Doubletree by Hilton, Cadbury House in Congresbury.
Players and chairmen past and present were there to toast the milestone while old photos and newspaper cuttings brought back many happy memories.
