PORTISHEAD Ladies beat Warden Hill 1-0 and were delighted after pulling together and getting a score that reflects their ability. During a season fraught with close calls and a lack of players, Portishead's "faithfuls" led by captain Jodie Barton, showed spirit and passion to win. Katie Corkill and Sarah Banfill, both manager, players and coaches, are looking for players to boost the squad.
