Weston-super-Mare Football Club have confirmed the signing of 25-year-old striker Jake Lee.

Lee joins Scott Bartlett’s side from Southern League South and West side Shortwood United.

Having been one of the leading scorers in this division for a number of years, he is now making the step up to the National League South and will be available for selection for Tuesday’s match away at Dartford.

Lee started his career at Cheltenham Town and has made appearances at League One level.

The Seagulls travel to Dartford on Tuesday for a 7:45pm kick-off, on the back of three successive wins, most recently away at Concord Rangers.
