Weston Under-18s 6 Street 0WITH three goals in the first five minutes, this turned into a comfortable victory for Weston, and a personal triumph for striker Jason Gustar who scored four goals to take his tally for the season to 16.With the first attack of the game the home side scored, Matt Fisher setting up Gustar who scored from close range and just 60 seconds later it was 2-0 as captain Craig Mawford's fine cross from the right found Craig Herrod who finished well. With Street's young side shaken by their hosts' great start, they conceded again, and this time Gustar was on the end of a pin-point Mawford cross. Over the ensuing half an hour Weston came close on several occasions, Matt Fisher, who made his first team debut against Havant and Waterlooville, struck the post following his own good approach play; Russ Driver saw his powerful shot deflected wide; and Jason Clarke supplied Gustar with an inch perfect pass, only to see the forward fire high. With half time approaching Gustar scored his hat-trick goal, following another neat pass from Clarke, he finished confidently from inside the penalty area. With the game won the second half was a much quieter affair. The large, vocal crowd had to wait until midway through the half for more goals, this time it was Craig Mawford who skipped through the defence and hammered his shot past Palmer in the Street goal. Minutes later the scoring was complete, as Gustar was once again the beneficiary of great play by Mawford.
