Cheddar Tennis Club held a fun tournament rounded off with a bacon butty lunch.

Members of Cheddar Tennis Club took part in a fun tournament rounded off with a bacon butty lunch.

The winners for the event, Georgie Syed and Mathew Hill were each presented with a bottle of Prosecco. The club runs fun tournaments periodically, as well as its annual club tournament in the summer.

New members of any age are always welcome and on May 14, the club will be holding an open day, with sessions for juniors aged four to 10-years-old from 9.30-11am, 11-plus years from 11am-12.30pm and an adult session from 2-4pm.

Rackets and balls are provided and the club coach, Stephen Pearce will be on hand to offer coaching tips. Refreshments will be available.
