GB call-up for Weston pair

GYMNASTICS - WESTON Aerobic Gymnastic Club are proud to announce that nine-year-old Rhys Williams and 10-year-old Kiera Landen have been selected by British Gymnastics to join the Great British Aerobic Gymnastic National Squad.

WESTON Aerobic Gymnastic Club are proud to announce that nine-year-old Rhys Williams and 10-year-old Kiera Landen have been selected by British Gymnastics to join the Great British Aerobic Gymnastic National Squad.

The pair earnt their place with the squad after some great results, potential and commitment. Rhys and Kiera train four times a week with Weston Aerobic Gymnastics at the Potteries.

They will now be training with the national development squad and coaches to ensure their full potential is met. They will be joining fellow GB squad members Matt Saunders, Abi Butterfeild and Ruby Youds from Weston and hope to follow Matt and Abi in their international success.

Their first international will be representing their club in Slovakia in April.
