A successful half-term camp was held at Weston Tennis Club.
WESTON Tennis Club in Neva Road, held a successful half-term camp for youngsters with head coach Jamie Allen.
There was lots of fun and games along with match play and competition. Jamie is giving tennis taster sessions for pupils of Wallliscote and Uphill Primary Schools leading up to the summer holidays. He also holds a variety of junior sessions on Saturday mornings and in midweek.
The club is receiving generous support for its junior section from Mercedes-Benz of Weston, which is enabling it to offer junior club members individual coaching sessions at subsidised rates.
Club chairman, Bob Wilson, said: “I hope that a lot of youngsters will be introduced to the wonderful game of tennis during the coming months.”
