Hutton were successful in a charity short mat bowls tournament held at Mark.
MARK Village Short Mat Bowls Club held their charity tournament in aid of the Prostate Cancer Research UK.
Six teams of six people competed in triples, pairs and singles games to become the overall winning team.
Teams from Tickenham, Draycott, Cheddar, Kewstoke, Burrowbridge and Hutton competed for the trophy and in a closely-fought contest, the team from Hutton were victorious with Draycott runners-up.
The club and Prostate Cancer Research UK would like to thank everyone for their support on the day. Chairman Vic McArdell will have pleasure presenting a cheque for £500 to the charity.
