The overs defeated the unders in the inaugural Weston Cricket Club golf tournament.
A FIELD of 24 cricketers descended on Weston Golf Club for the inaugural Weston Cricket Club unders vs overs golf tournament played in a four-ball better-ball format.
Captain of the overs team, John Humphrey, collected the trophy as the overs walked away with a close-fought 3.5-2.5 victory.
The event was kindly supported by GBRS, who sponsored individual prizes for longest and shortest drives, as well as four nearest the pin prizes.
