The next round saw Holly James and Evangeline Wigmore compete in the Under-9s intermediate level. Sophie took silver on floor and was placed second overall, only just missing out on the gold. Lauren took the bronze on the floor, while Ro took the gold medal on vault. However, after a costly fall on the floor, she finished in fourth position.
Some of the girls have also competed in Bristol, with more great results. Jasmine and Mercina were both placed on floor, with Mercina taking the silver and Jasmine the bronze, and Holly taking the gold medal on vault.
All gymnasts and coaches work incredibly hard and dedicate a lot of time into training for these competitions. Good luck to some of the squad members competing later this month in Rushmoor.
