Oldmixon & Uphill Karate Club member James Lenaghan has earned his 1st Dan black belt.
JAMES Lenaghan, of the Oldmixon & Uphill Karate Club, travelled to Bristol to grade in front of a panel of seven senior dan grades from the Western Karate Union.
He was successful in his attempt with a well-deserved 1st Dan black belt as his reward.
The club trains at Oldmixon School on Wednesday evenings and Uphill Village Hall on Friday evenings. A further session is available at Locking Village Hall on Fridays.
