Weston Rugby Club’s James Mackay passes 100 points for the season for the third time.
JAMES Mackay scored all of Weston’s 16 points in their defeat at Barnstaple last Saturday, passing 100 points for the season for the third time.
The 22-year-old fly-half has now scored 638 points in 71 appearances for the Seasiders, including 15 tries.
Mackay, born in Bristol in September 1989, was educated at Churchill School from where he played for Somerset Schools in the 15 to 18 groups.
After junior rugby at Winscombe RFC he joined Weston’s Colts squad, eventually making his senior debut against Clifton at home on October 4, 2008.
