Keven picks up British bronze medal

Judoka Keven Attwood picked up a bronze medal at the British Masters Open Championships.

CHEDDAR judoka Keven Attwood, who trains at Bradley Stoke Judo Club, competed at the British Masters Open Championships held in the Midlands.

Fighting in a strong U81kg category, which is age banded. Kev started slowly, but came through to win an impressive bronze medal.

This caps off a successful year for Kev, following a silver medal in the Scottish Open in January and gold in the Northern Ireland Open in April.

Kev has been selected to represent the West of England in the national team championships in November.
