WESTON premier martial arts show fightclub has secured a deal with TWC channel on the Sky network to host Fightclub Exposed on June 2, at Weston's Summer Buzz weekend at Hornets Rugby Club.The event will showcase top local fighters as well as world class fighters in the arts of kickboxing, Thai boxing and mixed martial arts. The show is packed with local fighters and sees the return of Weston's former world amateur champion and current professional IKF and WUMA European champion Matt Martin who will take on the experienced Darren Forest who will be reaching his 100th fight. Matt is determined to continue his unbeaten record as a professional kickboxer and is back in training with the Weston Warrior team and coach Stuart Davies to ensure success on the night. Weston Warrior Gym fighters also include Ben White (MMA), Jay Williams (boxing), Chris Harbottle (MMA), Gary Bettle (professional kickboxing), Dean Bettle (professional kickboxing), Emma Shortt (professional kickboxing), Wayne Milson (professional kickboxing), Luke Ford (MMA).Weston business entrepreneur Kerry Kimitri will be in a boxing charity match for cancer research. They are looking for any non professional fighter from Weston under 13.5 stone to take him on. Please call Stuart for more information.The show will be packed with demonstrations and fights. There will be demonstrations by Bristol's MMA star Kevin O'Hagan, a Brazilian capoara team and the Silver Dragons. The fights will include fighters from France, Ireland, Russia and Poland. This event is ranked highly in the martial arts world as an A class show and one to watch for all martial arts fans. The show is aimed more towards a family night out.
