Lympsham seconds were well beaten by visitors Spaxton, who romped to victory.
With a much-changed side, Lympsham 2nd XI hosted Spaxton and were put into bat by the visitors, who quickly removed most of the top order and look set for an early tea.
The Lympsham innings was resurrected though by a spirited 49 not out from Tom Postins, who batted for 30 overs, supported by a lively 27 from Mark Russ.
Lympsham finished on 139 which the visitors set about quickly with rain threatening, and despite an impressive 3-46 from Russ, Spaxton never looked in trouble and reached the target with overs to spare.
Lympsham man of the match sponsored by the Indian Massala Restaurant in Bleadon was Tom Postins.
