The sixth annual Micky Ball Memorial Cricket Day will take place at the Recreation Ground in Silver Street, Wrington on July 8.
THE sixth annual Micky Ball Memorial Cricket Day will take place at the Recreation Ground in Silver Street, Wrington on July 8.
Starting at 10.30am, the day will feature a series of limited over matches between teams representing Wrington Cricket Club, Alvis Bros, Yeo Valley Farms and Wrington Redhill FC, culminating in a final between the two most successful teams.
There will also be a Kwik cricket session for youngsters and a match between the Presidents Veterans XI and the club’s Under-13 team.
The Social Club bar will be open from lunchtime and there will also be a pig roast, courtesy of Alvis Bros. All spectators will be most welcome.
