Mixed weather conditions greet anglers at the latest open match held at Shiplate Farm Fisheries.
The Easter weekend brought a mix of weather to the West Country, making the fishing unpredictable, but still rewarding.
An open match on the Hawthorns at Shiplate Farm saw Russ Peck take first place from peg 11 with 57lb 4oz. Russ fished pellet on the pole, feeding pellet down the edge and to the far bank.
Second was Roy Ede (peg 1), with 31lb 8oz, followed by Les Thompson (peg 10), 29lb 2oz. Silvers went to Pete Sivell (7lb 12oz) from peg nine.
