THERE are still a few vacancies for the Sunday Mixed Triples in the Weston Men’s Open Bowls tournament, which takes place at Clarence Park from June 24-30.
The triples, maximum entry for which is 60 teams, is one of the highlights of the tournament, with teams competing in two groups in a round-robin format of eight ends per round, guaranteeing them all four matches. Play-offs will decide the top four.
Prize-money is generous, with �300 for the winning team. The triples will be played on June 24, and closing date for entries is June 10.
