Somerset Rebel, Glenn Cunningham, has been named as the new number eight for Elite League table toppers Reading Bulldogs, for the remainder of the season.Cunningham takes over from Chris Mills in the Bulldogs back-up squad, which Reading team manager goes onto explain, he said: "The switch is in no way meant as a disservice to Mills, but with Chris riding so many meetings for his Premier League club Kings Lynn, it would mean he would have been unavailable for a lot of the meetings we may have wished to use him for with Reading."As a result we have called up Glenn Cunningham, who is a rider I have always rated from my time with him at Peterborough in 1999."Glenn is excited by the prospect of having some meetings with the Bulldogs. He was very popular with the Reading fans when he last rode for the club in 1997, so I'm sure he'll fit in well when called upon and do a good job for us.
