Racing driver Roger Orgee started his season with a race at Castle Combe.

Double Castle Combe championship winner, Roger Orgee, started off his 2018 programme with a race at the combe.

This year was planned to be a full attack on the UK National Formula Ford championship, but a last-minute drop out by one of his sponsors meant a late start to the season.

This first race was planned to be a shake down before joining the national series at Brands Hatch next week.

Qualifying went quite well with a second row spot, but in the race Roger was in the wars being rammed from behind into a 360 degree spin, recovering to finish fourth.

Race two looked better with Roger holding second place for much of the race, but having to settle for another fourth place.
