Weston tennis player Oliver Fuller defeated the top seed to win a tournament in Wells.
TALENTED young Weston tennis player, Oliver Fuller, aged 14, backed up his recent tournament success at Bridgwater with another fine victory, this time at Wells in the Under-14s event.
Oliver won all three of the matches in his box before going on to beat the top seed, a 6.1 rated player, in straight sets in the final.
Oliver, who is coached by Weston Tennis Club head coach, Jamie Allen, is improving fast and is moving quickly up the rankings.
A special mention also goes to Red Ball Under-8 player, Maddox Gould, who had an impressive win at Millfield last month and has since finished runner-up in a strong field at Oxtalls Sports Park in Gloucester.
