Sea Angling Association will be running their annual Christmas fare open beach fishing competition on December 9.
WESTON Sea Angling Association will be running their annual Christmas fare open beach fishing competition on Weston beach on December 9.
The match will take place from 12.30-4pm. Tickets will be on sale from the clubhouse at the southern end of the Promenade from 10.30am. Entry is �10 for adults, �5 for OAPs and juniors under 16. There will also be optional pools at �2.
The prize list includes a giant Christmas hamper worth �150, with another of �100 for the runner-up. Third would win a �50 hamper and in addition there will be the usual valuable prizes worth �100.
After the match, the prize presentation, will be held at the AP Bar at the Royal Hotel.
