Tim Lewis won the latest open match at Shiplate Farm Fisheries near Bleadon.
AN open match on the Hawthorns Lake at Shiplate Farm was attended by 10 anglers in glorious sunshine with a gentle southerly breeze.
Tim Lewis on peg one fished the pole at 5ft depth in the margins to bag up with a total of 71lb 7oz and win the match. Tich Williams came closest to him on peg 15 with 56lb 15oz, but third, fourth and fifth place only had 8oz difference between their weights making it quite a tight match overall.

Silvers went to Julian Pinkett (Bristol PO) P4, 11lb 7oz.
