Somerset cricketer Peter Trego has been enjoying success abroad in limited overs competitions.
SOMESET cricketer Pete Trego has enjoyed a successful winter, playing abroad in several competitions.
The Weston-born all-rounder has already played in India (Champions Twenty20 League), Hong Kong (England sixes squad), Zimbabwe, starring for the Mashonaland Eagles in the country’s domestic 20/20) and is currently playing in Bangladesh for Abahani.
The 30-year-old has enjoyed a good start for Abahani in the Dhaka Premier League, a 50-over competition. He has registered scores of 68, 42 and 68 and has also taken wickets in each match, his best being 1-31 from 10 overs.
